It is ideally located in the southern part of the Valencia Region, in the town of Altea within the magnificent natural environment of the Mascarat mountain, next to the Morro de Toix Nature Reserve and not far from the Luis Campomanes Sports Marina.

This is one of the most beautiful and peaceful areas of this Mediterranean town offering marvellous sea views.
Just a few metres away, there is the Don Cayo Golf Club and the Luis Campomanes Sports Marina, with its fabulous seafood restaurants, and wonderful, luxurious yachts.

SpainIn addition to this, the location of the apartment is in one of the finest areas of the luxury Altea Hills Estate, with its five-star Meliá Altea Hills Hotel and the facilities of the Altea Hills Club Resort, enables anyone to enjoy relaxing hydromassages at the Salux Hills health and beauty centre, pleasant strolls round its well-tended gardens or the fantastic views from the terraces of its restaurants and cafés.

The apartment sleeps 2-4 people, and consists of an open plan lounge and dining area, with French doors leading to a spacious terrace for dining, and enjoying the views with total privacy. The master en suite has a large double bed, with en suite facilities and again French doors leading out to the terrace area. The second bedroom has twin beds and a small balcony to the rear of the apartment. The kitchen is modern and light with all facilities.
