This luxurious, and spacious villa is situated in an area of outstanding beauty, nestled between luscious green hills and open countryside, with breathtaking views of sunny beach, and the famous historical site of Old Nessebar.
The villa is on an elevated position away from the main road, which allows for a peaceful and relaxing holiday, whilst still having the advantage of being close to all the fun of sunny beach.

The villa consists of a spacious hallway leading onto a large open plan lounge area, with French doors that open out onto a lovely patio area with seating for alfresco dinning. There is a modem kitchen with all facilities, which includes a comfortable dinning area for 10 people. From the kitchen there are also French doors, which lead to a covered terrace for that afternoon shade.
Downstairs there is also a family bathroom with separate WC, and an extra double-bedded room.
Upstairs there are 2 bright, and spacious, twin-bedded rooms and 2 double- bedded rooms. One of the twins includes the master bedroom with a dressing area, and en suite bathroom. This room also has the benefit of having a large balcony with seating for 4 people with stunning sea and panoramic views of sunny beach and the surrounding countryside.
Outside there is a private south facing pool which is enclosed in a large garden for sunbathing and entertaining, for 2007 bookings there will also be a BBQ area.
The villa has cable TV, and air-conditioning. There are 2 allocated car spaces exclusive to the villa, and there is also 24-hour security on the site.
