Booking Conditions

For all Rawcliffe Leisure Properties

BOOKING PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS.

After having confirmation of availability for the dates you require, we will hold your dates for 3 working days, within which time you must fill in and return to us the online booking form. Please tick the box to confirm you agree to our booking conditions, we do not accept forms unless this has been completed.

The deposit for UK lets is £100.00 with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival date, when we will e-mail a reminder. If we do not receive the payment within this time period, we reserve the right to cancel the booking, and retain the £100.00 deposit. If your arrival date is less than 8 weeks at the time of booking, then we will require the full fee.

Payments can be made via UK cheque, online banking, or all major credit cards. There is a supp of 2% for credit card payments. Please make out the cheque to Lynn Rawcliffe and send to;

We are now offering our letting services to other owners who have properties of the same high standard as our own, therefore please request relevant bank details for the property you wish to book if you prefer to pay online.
For properties abroad, and the Haven holiday let at Newby Bridge will require a deposit of 50% of the full rental fee.

Cancellations.

If you find you will need to cancel, we will try to re-let the property you have booked, if we are unsuccessful, then, unfortunately we will have to charge the full rate. If we re-let the property, then we will issue a full refund.

Clients Responsibilities

The booking contact is responsible for the property they have booked, which includes keeping the interior of the property in a good condition. Please notify us immediately of any breakages. For our properties overseas we charge a damage bond of 200 Euros, this is payable locally, and is refunded the day of your departure, if no damages have been reported. Please note, the party must not exceed the number of people listed on the booking form.

Dogs

We allow dogs in all our cottages, however, please supervise your dogs at all times, and please do not allow them to lie on the sofas, or beds. If you are staying in properties with a garden, please ensure that any dog mess is cleared immediately, this is out of respect for future guests, and any damages due to pets will be charged extra.

Arrival instructions

All properties are available from 4.00pm onwards, unless agreed otherwise.
Departure time is 10.00am.

For properties overseas, we can arrange for airport transfers via our local agents, however, we will not be responsible for any mistakes made by those agents. Therefore we strongly advise that you contact the local agent the week before your arrival for confirmation direct from them. Agents contact details will be given to all customers.

Liability

We cannot accept liability for personal injury, or for personal property whilst staying at any of our properties.

Please note;

Bulgaria is presently experiencing a property building boom, and as a result some areas are still in the process of being completed. Although building should cease during peak holiday time, we do not have control over what is happening in the areas surrounding our development.

Rawcliffe Hotels.

For all group bookings of over 10 people, we will require full payment 8 weeks prior to arrival date. For single sex parties, the organizer of the group is required to submit their credit card details in case of damage caused by their group. If damages are reported we will charge the appropriate amount to the card. For group cancellations the deposit is non-refundable, unless we can re-let all the rooms originally booked.
